Bello Water is reinventing how people drink — through sustainable, connected beverage technology.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and connected devices.
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 1 – Overview
This website is operated by Gestion Eaubello Inc., doing business as Bello Water (“Bello”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Throughout the site, the terms “Bello Water”, “bellowater”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bello Water.
Bello offers this website, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”) to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, using our mobile applications, or connecting our IoT products, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Services.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
Section 2 – Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow a minor dependent to use this site.
You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws.
Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of access.
Section 3 – Bello Account and User Responsibilities
When you create a Bello account to access our App or connected Services, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; and
- take responsibility for all activities under your account.
Bello reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our Services.
Section 4 – Connected Products and Mobile Applications
Bello Water designs and sells connected IoT devices (the “Products”) and provides companion mobile applications (the “App”) on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
By using the App or Products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the App connects to your Bello device via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth;
- certain device and usage data (e.g., beverage consumption, capsule identification, filter lifespan, maintenance alerts) may be securely transmitted to Bello’s servers to enhance your experience;
- an internet connection is required for some features; and
- data usage fees from your provider may apply.
Bello uses this data solely to improve functionality, provide personalized insights, and ensure safe operation.
We do not sell or rent any user data.

Section 5 – Software Updates
To ensure optimal performance and security, Bello may automatically deliver firmware or software updates to its App or connected Products.
By using Bello Products, you consent to receive these updates.
Some features may not work properly if updates are refused, delayed, or interrupted.
Section 6 – Third-Party Integrations
Our App or Products may offer optional integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., voice assistants, analytics tools, connected home systems).
Your use of these integrations is subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
Bello is not responsible for data shared with or processed by these external platforms.
Section 7 – Product Warranty and Returns
All Bello Products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use.
This warranty does not cover:
- damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs;
- normal wear and tear;
- consumables (filters or capsules) once opened; or
- cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.

Section 8 – Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date information across our Services.
However, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all content.
Your use of any information provided is at your own risk.
Section 9 – Modifications to Services and Prices
Product prices, availability, and features may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service or Product at any time without liability to you or any third party.
Section 10 – Orders, Billing, and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized resale.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and update it promptly.
We may contact you via email or phone to confirm orders or resolve payment issues.
Section 11 – Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations offered “as is” and “as available.”
We are not responsible for issues or damages resulting from your use of such tools or from any third-party websites linked from our site.
Section 12 – User Feedback and Submissions
If you submit comments, ideas, or feedback to Bello, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, modify, and distribute them in any medium, without obligation or compensation.
You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.
Section 13 – Personal Information
Your submission of personal data through the website, App, or connected Products is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 14 – Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services to:
- engage in illegal activities;
- violate intellectual property rights;
- upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems;
- collect data about others without consent; or
- interfere with the functionality or security of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
Section 15 – Text Marketing and Notifications
By subscribing to Bello Water’s SMS or email communications, you consent to receive order updates, product notifications, or limited promotional offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a text message or clicking “unsubscribe” in an email.

Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All Bello Services and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bello Water shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- your use or inability to use our Services, App, or Products;
- connectivity interruptions or data loss;
- unauthorized access to your account or information; or
- other events beyond our reasonable control.
Section 17 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bello Water, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
Section 18 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
Section 19 – Language
These Terms are available in both English and French.
In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail unless prohibited by Quebec law.
